Yoga
Yoga is an ancient holistic system that originated in India. Hatha Yoga uses asana (postures) and pranayama (breath awareness) to create a physical practice. If you can breathe, you can do yoga; all it takes is a willingness to learn and a desire to practice. The benefits are endless. You will notice the positive changes in your physical and mental being once you begin to integrate yoga into your life.
