Jennifer leads her clients to optimum fitness of the mind, body, and spirit with a focus on three essential components:
- Flexibility (for healthier organs, joints, ligaments, muscles, and mind)
- Strength (to increase lean muscle tissue)
- Cardiovascular (for a stronger heart and lungs, less stress, and better sleep)

Small Group Training
Bring a partner or gather a few friends in order to split the cost of a personal training session. Make the commitment with others and work together to achieve amazing results (5 people maximum).
Specialty Classes
Jennifer also leads classes in Spinning, Triad (equal parts of cardio, strength, and flexibility training), cardio kickboxing, mat Pilates, core training, step, Yoga for fitness, circuit training, and boot camp.
