About Jennifer

    Jennifer Tipton knows it takes more than a list of credentials to be a good fitness instructor. It takes passion, patience, and a deep commitment to helping others be the best they can be. With over 10 years experience teaching fitness and movement, she enjoys sharing the benefits of fitness and yoga with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

    In 2006, she co-created Positively Fit; a program dedicated to bringing health and well-being to the HIV positive community. She has written for industry publications such as IDEA Fitness Journal and Spinning® News. In 2008, Jennifer released her first yoga DVD, Vinyasa Yoga: Simple and Sweet.

     An ambitious traveler with insatiable curiosity, Jennifer has explored more than 30 countries around the world. She speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She continues to study new languages. During her graduate studies she focused on the body within culture. With an emphasis in safety, she encourages each client to honor his or her own pace and comfort level.
